The Silver Mountain Journal of Hotel Studies invites original, unpublished research papers, review articles, and case studies in the field of hospitality, tourism, and hotel management. Authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing their manuscripts:
Key Sections of the Paper Each submission must be structured in the following order: 1. Title 2. Abstract (150–250 words) 3. Introduction 4. Literature Review 5. Methodology 6. Results 7. Discussion 8. Conclusion 9. References (Harvard/Queen Margaret University style) 10. Acknowledgements (if applicable) 11. Appendices (if required) Word Count • 6000 words (±10%), excluding references. Research Methodology Accepted The Journal accepts manuscripts employing diverse research methodologies, including but not limited to: 1. Quantitative Research – Numerical data, patterns, averages, predictions. 2. Qualitative Research – Non-numerical analysis, interpretation, theory-building. 3. Descriptive Research – Focus on what is occurring, fact-based reporting. 4. Analytical Research – Testing and validating facts to strengthen theories. 5. Applied Research – Domain-specific studies with generalizable findings. 6. Fundamental Research – Theory-building with wide applications. 7. Exploratory Research – Investigating questions without conclusive answers. 8. Conclusive Research – Structured design with clear results and hypothesis testing.
